The brief

To take this successful specialist recruitment agency to the next level to coincide with its 25th anniversary.

The solution

Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to deliver the brief. Commenced with a full marketing audit across the business to inform the strategy. Included a rebrand reflected across all media, from building signage to a full suite of customer facing brochures to PR.

Developed a new website with bespoke search functionality.

Created a brand launch event at St George’s Hall to mark the 25th anniversary and unveil the new brand and strategy.

Delivered in a four month window.
